Delete your account

Pishpirik by Pishpirik LLC

You can delete your Pishpirik account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent: your coins, items, Pass progress, trophies, friends and photo cannot be brought back, and purchases are not refunded.

In the game (email, Google or Apple accounts)

Open Pishpirik and tap your profile.
Tap Delete account.
Read the warning, tick the box and tap Request account deletion, then confirm.
Sign in once more with the same account (email, Google or Apple) so we know it is really you.

The game deletes your sign-in and your profile right away and returns to the start screen. Our server then removes everything else listed below.

By email (guests, or if you cannot open the game)

Write to support@pishpirik.com with the subject "Delete my Pishpirik account". Send it from the email address on your account, or include your player name and number (for example Name#1234, shown on your profile). We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours, and we delete it within 30 days.

Deleting the game from your phone does not delete your account. A guest account stays on our servers until you ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account.
Your profile: player name and number, avatar and profile photo, coins, items, Pass progress, quests and statistics.
Your game history, your results against other players, your progress against the AI, your friends list and friend requests (also from your friends' lists), and your recent opponents.
Your online status, game invites and lobbies.
The records of your photo checks and our fair-play records about you.
Your player name and number become free for others to use.

Most of this is deleted at once; everything is gone within 30 days, and from our backups within 90 days.

What we keep

Purchase records (what was bought, when, the price and the store's order number) for 7 years, for tax and fraud prevention. Your player name is removed from them; your account identifier stays so the records still add up.
A special number for your player name, if you bought one: the record of that purchase keeps your account identifier.
Other players' records: their game history and their results against you keep your account identifier, which no longer leads to a profile.
